The Blue Boar Inn, nestled at the foot of the Wasatch Mountain Golf Course is an experience all by itself. The Inn features 14 wonderfully decorated rooms and some of the best fine-dining in available in Utah.
Award winning Executive Chef Jesse Layman has created a menu that will please the tastebuds of just about everyone. From the Spring Vegetable Pasta ($18.50) to the Rack of Wild Boar ($22.00), you will be treated to the best. Other menu items are Lemon Sesame Salmon ($19.25), Baked Bell Peppers with spicy hamburger and sweet corn ($16.95), and Chicken Roulade with tomato jam, herbed goat cheese and sauteed greens ($20.00). Dinner is served Tuesday to Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The Lunch menu is also very appetizing with items such as Chopped Chicken Salad ($7.50), Cheese Fondue for two ($18.00), and a Steak Sandwich with sauteed mushrooms, onions and roasted potatoes ($9.75). Lunch is served Tuesday to Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Sunday Brunch ($18.00) at the Blue Boar Inn (9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) is also a delightful treat. Summer Eggs Benedict, Medallions of Beef, a selection of the finest Seafood available, French Toast Soufflet and Chichen and Asparagus Crepes.

Sunday Brunch is served with an assortment of juices, Coffee, Fresh Fruit, Granola and Dessert.
